A home remedy to help with knee arthritis pain

One easy home remedy for knee arthritis is traction of the knee joints with ankle weights. In our entire life, the pressure on the knee joint is rarely reduced except when we are sleeping. What if we can actually reduce the pressure on the knee more than while we are sleeping.

A simple solution is to use two ankle weight commonly found in sporting goods store and dangle our feet back and forth like a child on a high fence. For that, we will need a pair of 5 lb to 10 lb weights, and a high chair or table where we can sit and dangle out feet. And some entertainment since we will be sitting for up to 15 min continuously.
